Board of Estimates Agenda for 09/01

Baltimore, MD - The Board of Estimates agenda for the September 1st meeting is now available. It can be found on the Comptroller's website under the Board of Estimates tab.

 

Items of note:

Pages 3-6, Department of Law, Settlement Agreements and Releases.  There are four separate settlement agreements coming to the Board next week:

  • Elisabeth Beckwith v. Mayor and City Council, settlement amount $55,000.
  • Damien Lyles v. DHCD. No payment by the City—Plaintiff is transferring title to his property to City.
  • Butler et al v. Mayor and City Council and Baltimore Police Department, settlement amount $3,450,000.
  • Carolyn Roane v. Mayor and City Council, settlement amount $55,000.

Pages 70-78, DOT, Increases to Contracts and Renewals and Amendments to Agreements. 

Pages 95-96, Item #9, Bureau of Procurement, Renewal of Contract B50004854 with Highlander Contracting Co. and SCD Information Technology for Copper Cable Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services.

Pages 99-101, Item #13, Bureau of Procurement, Renewal of Contract B50004951 for Environmental Remediation Services with Goel Services, Inc., Total Environmental Concepts, and EQ Northeast, Inc.
