Board of Estimates Agenda for 08/11

Baltimore, MD - The Board of Estimates agenda for the August 11st meeting is now available. It can be found on the Comptroller's website under the Board of Estimates tab.

 

Items of note:

Page 3, Department of Law, Settlement Agreement and Release for Donald Osborne v. Mayor & City Council.  Settlement amount $30,000.  This is a settlement involving an auto accident caused by a BPD car that struck another vehicle.

Page 7, Mayor’s Office, Non-Construction Consultant Agreement with Ernst & Young.  Contract amount $660,000. 

Page 16, Comptroller’s Office, Draft Board of Estimates Regulations.

Pages 32-33, DPW, Extra Work Order #1 under SC 977, Improvements to the Gwynns Falls Sewershed Collection System with IPR Northeast, LLC.  This is no-cost time extension, and the issue is WBE compliance—4% of a 16% goal attained thus far.

Pages 37-38, Fire & Police Employees’ Retirement System, Investment Trust Application Form and Participation Agreement.

Pages 42-47. Department of Finance, Renewal of Insurance Policies.

Pages 52-53, DOT, Amendment No. 4 to Agreement with Century Engineering, Inc. under Project No. 1191, On-Call Design Consultant Services for Federal Aid Resurfacing and Reconstruction Projects. 

Pages 60-61, DPW, Amendment No. 2 to Agreement with RJN Group, Inc. under Project No. 1263, Rainfall and Flow Monitoring Services for the Sanitary Sewer System.

Pages 85-86, Department of Law, Settlement Agreement and Release for Rev. Robert Edwards v. Mayor & City Council.  Settlement amount $595,000.
