Aaron DeGraffenreidt

With a track record of fighting for low-income homeowners and Baltimore’s senior citizens, Aaron DeGraffenreidt is a former assistant city solicitor and former staff attorney for Maryland Legal Aid who brings a deep understanding of housing, community development, blight elimination and zoning and planning to his work for the council.

 

While in the city law department, Aaron investigated potential legal action against corporations who harm Baltimore City and its residents and represented various agencies involved in litigation.

 

Aaron is a graduate of Loyola Blakefield High School and Bucknell University where he earned All-Patriot League honors on the football field and studied French, political science and classical studies.

 

As general counsel, Aaron helps shape legislative policy by vetting ideas for legal sufficiency, researching best practices and determines the approaches and strategies that will best serve Baltimore City residents.
