Matthew Stegman

With more than a decade of combined experience managing legislative solutions in Annapolis and Baltimore, Matthew Stegman is the former chief of staff for the Maryland House of Delegates Appropriations Committee. In that role, he monitored the state’s operating and capital budgets and tracked legislation.

 

He also has shepherded Baltimore’s legislative agenda in Annapolis by advancing the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future developed from the Kirwan Commission recommendations. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law.

 

He works to advance President Mosby’s vision of developing a professionalized 21st-century legislative body that is grounded in efficient operations, fiscal oversight and data-driven, evidence-based solutions.
