Board of Estimates Agenda for 07/14

Baltimore, MD - The Board of Estimates agenda for the July 14th meeting is now available. It can be found on the Comptroller's website under the Board of Estimates tab.

 

Items of note:

Page 5, Department of Law, Settlement Agreement and Release for Randolph Blair v. Mayor & City Council, Settlement amount $140,000.

Page 49, Item #1, Bureau of Procurement, Renewal for Contract 08000, Media Asset Management System Maintenance and Support with Chesapeake Systems, Inc.  End-user is Mayor’s Office of Cable and Communications.

Page 58, Item #14, Bureau of Procurement, Renewal of Contract 08000 with Sico America, Inc. for Staging Equipment at the Baltimore Convention Center.  

Page 59, Item #15, Bureau of Procurement, Extension for Contract 08000, 800 MHz Radio Facilities Maintenance Agreement.  End-users are BCIT, BPD, and BCFD.  This sole-source contract was awarded in 2016 with a value of $15 Million and the extension will add $2,671,660.35. 

Page 60, Department of Finance, PILOT Agreement for 420 Aisquith Apartments, also known as Somerset 3.
