Councilman Reisinger attended Southern High School and has taken political science and management courses at Baltimore City College.

He has served as a member of the Maryland Democratic State Central Committee and regional vice chair of the Baltimore City Central Committee.

Councilman Reisinger is a member of the Baybrook Democratic Club, United Democratic Club, Morrell Park Community Association and the COP Program. He is active in the Sons of American Legion Post #137 and currently owns a small business.

Councilman Reisinger is a lifelong resident of South Baltimore. He is married to Marie Reisinger and has a grown son.
