The Top Neighborhood Moms Contest is part of my ongoing effort to refocus the City’s resources and energy toward "Investing Where Baltimore Lives." It is a privilege to honor those dedicated women who have given selflessly to keep Baltimore’s neighborhoods strong, clean, and safe.

I was so fortunate to grow up with strong female influence in my life, and I truly believe it made me who I am today. Baltimore’s neighborhoods owe a lot to these women, and I am proud to recognize these pillars of our community, who continue to promote the vibrancy of our neighborhoods.
