For the second straight year, Baltimore City Council President Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is in search of Baltimore’s "Top Neighborhood Dads." The contest honors those dedicated men who have given selflessly to keep Baltimore’s neighborhoods strong, clean, and safe. Baltimore neighborhood residents and community associations are asked to nominate their "Top Neighborhood Dad," along with the reasons he should be recognized for his work.
NOTE: The nominees need not be actually fathers, simply men who have given fatherly love through their work for the community.
Contest Guidelines
- Nominees may be submitted from recognized neighborhood associations.
- Print and fill out the nomination form by listing the sponsoring group, the nominee, how he helps your neighborhood and the reasons your "Neighborhood Dad" should be recognized for his work.
- Please mail your nomination form to:

- Nomination forms MUST BE RECEIVED no later than FRIDAY, MAY 23, 2008.
- A selection committee will review all of the nominations and determine which are Baltimore’s Top Neighborhood Moms.
- Sponsors & winners will be notified by telephone.
- Each contest winner and a guest will be invited to join Council President Stephanie Rawlings-Blake at a special luncheon to honor Baltimore’s Top Neighborhood Dads on Thursday, June 12, 2008.
