BALTIMORE, MD – The Board of Estimates will meet as regularly scheduled on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 9 a.m. at Baltimore’s City Hall.

The deadline for submitting protests has been extended to 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. And bid submissions are STILL due by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 31, 2012.
