FOR the purpose of increasing the penalty for parading without permit; repealing

certain obsolete or otherwise unnecessary provisions relating to parades by political

organizations and to parades of drum corps, bands, or other bodies; providing for

the issuance of these permits by the Department of General Services and

authorizing the adoption of rules and regulations for that purpose; and providing for

a special effective date.

Snow and Ice Removal - Sidewalks

FOR the purpose of transferring certain requirements for snow and ice removal to

the Property Maintenance Code; specifying the scope of the required removal; and

repealing certain obsolete, redundant, or now otherwise unnecessary provisions.

Street Regulations - Soliciting

FOR the purpose of extending certain prohibitions involving the solicitation of

customers to apply to the solicitation of donations; increasing the penalties for a
