Gun Offender Registration

FOR the purpose of expanding the registration requirements to encompass certain

one found not criminally responsible; clarifying the requirements for updating

residence information; establishing a uniform term for required verification of

FOR the purpose of increasing the penalty for parading without permit; repealing

authorizing the adoption of rules and regulations for that purpose; and providing for

a special effective date.

Snow and Ice Removal - Sidewalks

FOR the purpose of transferring certain requirements for snow and ice removal to

the Property Maintenance Code; specifying the scope of the required removal; and

FOR the purpose of extending certain prohibitions involving the solicitation of

customers to apply to the solicitation of donations; increasing the penalties for a
