Renewal Plan

FOR the purpose of designating as a "Renewal Area" an area situated in Baltimore

City,Maryland known as West Covington bounded generally by I-95 on the north,

Hanover Street on the east, Middle Branch waterway on the south, and approving a

Renewal Plan for West Covington; establishing the objectives of the Plan;

establishing permitted land uses; providing for review of all plans for development;

authorizing the acquisition by purchase or by condemnation of certain properties

for urban renewal purposes; creating certain disposition lots; providing for the term

of the Plan; establishing procedures for amending the Plan; approving certain
