northwest branch of the Patapsco River on the south, South Caroline Street on the |

west, Thames Street on the north, and South Chester Street on the east; approving a |
|
Renewal Plan for Fells Point Waterfront; establishing the objectives of the Plan; |
|
establishing permitted land uses and uses permitted in any Planned Unit |
|
Development in the Renewal Area; providing for review by the Department of |
|
Housing and Community Development of development in the Renewal Area; |
|
providing for controls on waterfront property and on disposition lots and for |
|
specific lots; providing that where there may be a conflict between the provisions |
|
of the Renewal Plan and the provisions of any Planned Unit Development, the |
|
provisions of the Planned Unit Development control; providing for height |
|
limitations; authorizing the acquisition by purchase or by condemnation of any |
|
properties needed for urban renewal purposes; providing that the Department of |
