Urban Renewal - Brooklyn-Curtis Bay Business Area - Amendment _

FOR the purpose of amending the Urban Renewal Plan for Brooklyn-Curtis Bay

Business Area to delete an industrial area from the project boundary; creating

revised exhibits attached to the Renewal Plan to reflect the proposed change;

making minor technical corrections; waiving certain content and procedural

requirements; making the provisions of this Ordinance severable; providing for

Mount Vernon Historical and Architectural Preservation District

FOR the purpose of enlarging the area designated as the Mount Vernon Historical

and Architectural Preservation District to include 600-6121/2 and 700-730 North

Howard Street, 303-321 West Madison Street, and 735 North Eutaw Street; and

restating the boundaries of the District.

Residential Permit Parking Program

FOR the purpose of reorganizing and clarifying the Residential Permit Parking

Law; requiring continued maintenance and use of available or required off-street

parking spaces; specifying eligibility requirements for parking permits, including

compliance with certain Zoning Code requirements; modifying the criteria for and

scope of administrative amendments to a Parking Management Plan; prohibiting

certain conduct by permit applicants, permit holders, and others; imposing certain

penalties; authorizing certain enforcement procedures; establishing a Residential

Permit Parking Advisory Board; correcting, clarifying, and conforming certain

language; and generally relating to the Residential Permit Parking Program.

Urban Renewal - Charles/North Revitalization Area - Amendment _

FOR the purpose of amending the Urban Renewal Plan for Charles/North

Revitalization Area to provide new Plan objectives and goals; establish permitted

land uses; provide for review of all plans for new construction, exterior

rehabilitation, or change in use of properties in Charles/North Revitalization Area;

establish procedures for the issuance and denial of demolition permits; establish

certain property rehabilitation and development standards; approve certain

Mondawmin Mall Development District

FOR the purpose of designating a "development district" to be known as the

"Mondawmin MallDevelopment District"; providing for and determining various

matters in connection with the establishment of the development district; creating a

special, tax increment fund for the development district; allocating certain property

taxes to that fund; making certain findings and determinations; and generally

relating to the designation and operation of the development district, the

establishment and use of the tax increment fund and the issuance and payment of
