Transportation Revenue Bonds, Series 200 and to be issued pursuant to State

high rise that has been an important anchor in the Mount Vernon community, as

well as a beacon of hope for many of Baltimore's most impoverished seniors.

engage in "straw purchases" to recover damages to the City and its residents,

Informational Hearing - Gang Awareness Initiative

FOR the purpose of inviting the Baltimore Police Commissioner, the Chief of the

Criminal Intelligence Unit of the Baltimore Police Department, and the Chair of the

Youth Council - Workforce Investment Board (BWIB) of the Mayor's Office of

Workforce Development to brief the Council on the growing problem of gang

activity in Baltimore City and the surrounding counties.

FOR the purpose of authorizing an economic development project to be known as

"800 Aliceanna Street", in order that the Board of Estimates may enter into a

Payment in Lieu of Taxes Agreement with Harbor East Parcel B-Commercial,

LLC, its successors or assigns ("Owner"), covering a portion of the Owner's

property consisting of (i) office space consisting of approximately 205,000 square

feet, (ii) approximately 20 live/work units, and (iii) a structured parking facility

containing approximately 665 parking spaces; generally relating to payments in

lieu of taxes for the 800 Aliceanna Street development; and providing for a special

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at

either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as the

former bed of an alley of variable width, extending from 32nd Street, northerly

311.5 feet, more or less, to the south outline of the property known as 3233 St. Paul

Street and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective

date.

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at

either public or private sale, all its interest in certain parcels of land being a part of

FOR the purpose of consolidating and revising the provisions governing digging in

FOR the purpose of correcting certain technical errors and omissions in the City

FOR the purpose of excepting hotels and motels of a certain capacity from the

minimum lot area requirements imposed for the B-2 through B-4 Zoning Districts;
